Is there a way to add a charge for International flights, arrivals only, and for specific service types?

You CAN apply surcharges on a very large number of situations and circumstances, or combination of circumstances. In this case the question is designed to add a surcharge for International Arrivals and for a specific service type. For example, wait time or airport parking charges might be higher for International Arrival terminals.


To add a fee for international flights:

1. Tools / Configuration / Fare and Services / Airport Tab
2. Locate the column: International surcharge type - double click to open the menu of options. Select the option most appropriate (ex: Fixed Per Passenger)
3. Locate the column: International Surcharge Rate - enter the numeric value, appropriate to the TYPE selected in the previous column (ex:  2.00  for $2).
4. Click Apply and OK

To Enable the fee per Service:

1. Tools / Configuration / Fare and Services / Services Tab
2. Locate the Column: Apply Flight Type Surcharges?  For each service desired, Enable / Disable, by adding or removing a check mark
3. Click Apply
   

To Enable per Direction

1. Tools / Configuration / Fare and Services / Direction Tab
2. Locate the column:  Apply Flight Type Surcharge. For each Direction desired, Enable / Disable, by adding or removing a check mark
3. Click Apply and OK

Test your configuration by doing an International Arrival reservation for the Service that you applied the fee too.
