Automatic Gratuity Application
In many cases automatic gratuities are applied for multiple reasons. An automatic gratuities could be for particular services, groups or locations. When applying multiple automatic gratuities you have several choices: All gratuities, Only highest gratuity, Service then group plus user, or Group then service plus user.
This setting is controled under TOOLS/CONFIGURATION/FARE AND SERVICES on the RESERVATIONS tab. Here you will find a label "Include gratuities". Adjust your select according to your desired gratuity application.
