Automatic Template Reservations


This article outlines the setup of an Automatic Template Reservation.  These reservations can be used to create add on reservations automatically.  For example you could:

  • generate a reservation for a tour automatically
  • generate a reservation for various items in a package
Requirements:
  • DB 151 or higher
  • HWeb Software Version 190c (3431) or higher

Setup:
To begin, you need to configure the AutoTemplateRes feature.   This is located under Tools>Configuration>Application Configuration>Fare and Services> AutoTemplateRes.
