The attachment here is a Word Document that can be downloaded and the revised. Text placeholders that are unique per client are highlighted in RED. Once the placeholders are customized to the client installation and login credentials, the document may be sent to the client. NOTE: Before sending, the document should be saved as a PDF, *.doc, etc. to avoid any incompatibility issues by the person trying to open.
