Overview

A user may intentionally or mistakenly create more than one profile. In the event you wish to remove a duplicate account, this is easily accomoplished by one of your office staff who has Administrator or Login Priveleges in the HWeb System.

Procedure

1.) Open HWebAgent select Tools/Profiles/Edit Existing Profiles

2.) Look up and select desired profile

3.) Select Edit/Delete profile*

You will receive a warning, that deleting a profile can not be undone.  Verify you are on the correct profile and press OK.

* Deleting profiles is a user privilege called; ADMIN: DB management (advanced)
