the User’s folder and delete it.

<!—[if !supportLists]—>3. Go to the Advanced tab, under Advanced Security go to the Owner tab
and select the Administrator. Check the box (Replace owner on subcontainers and
objects). Now you should have Full control and will be able to remove the
folder.
Once
the steps above are completed, open a new Terminal Service session as the User to
make sure the Desktop Active Recovery message is no longer displayed on the
Desktop.
