Enabling Other Multiple Config ID’s in Dispatcher

When a client is using more than the single, standard Configuration ID of 1, it will be necessary to enable the Advanced Partner Feature in any Grid before reservations and trips corresponding to different ConfigID’s may be viewed.
Open a default Reservations (or Trip) grid.
Right click on Grid Properties
Select the Grid Specific Tab
Place a check mark next to: Advanced Partner Features
Name, Save and Reload your grid.
You will now see reservations with any valid ConfigID. You may apply filters, if desired, to the Config ID column.
