Open Tools - Configuration - Advanced Features. Locate the Rider Types tab. From here, you can change the text in the Caption and Alt.Caption Columns to suit your personal preference. You can also Enable or Disable any one or more rider types by checking or unchecking the box in the appropriate column. By changing the FG (Foreground) color, you can color code the caption text that is displayed in the Agent during the reservation entry process. Choosing a bright color yields the best results. Pastels tend to be harder to see on many screens.
