How do I Remove an Individual from a Group Profile?
There will be times when you wish to sever the relationship between an individual and a group profile. As an example, you may have an individual who stops working for one of your corporate accounts and the relationship between the individual and the corporate account needs to be "broken."
To remove the relationship:
- Open the individual profile.
- Click in the Group ID field
- Press Delete key, or Backspace Key
- Save changes and exit.
