PC Charge Submit Error
If you are having trouble submitting credit cards and you receive the following error in your log:
12:33:06 INFO SESS: 2 Transaction result: 1|Internal error: p.VerifyCreditCard Bad file name or number
12:33:06 TXDATA SESS: 2 300 1|Internal error: p.VerifyCreditCard Bad file name or number
Check your the folder where PCCW.exe is stored. There will probably be a log file called PSCharge.log that is 4GB+. Rename/Delete that file, PC Charge has an issue when that file is 4GB or higher. Once remove/renamed the credit card processing will work again.
