PDF Emails are Blank When Sent
There is a font in Microsoft Office 2007 called Calibri (which can appear as a default font). If this font is used to create email templates (that are sent as PDF (portable document format) attachments), the email may arrive and be blank. It appears that most PDF viewers do not support this font, at this time.
If you find your PDF attachments are arriving and are blank, try changing the font that was used in the master template file.
