Reservation for a Direct Bill Client comes up DB has Expired
When entering a reservation in HWeb Agent for a client that has direct billing status, you may get an error message: DB Expired.
When you create a group profile in the Hudson System, you have the ability to give it an expiration date. For example, a group profile is established to handle transportation for a conference being held in your area. You might set the expiration date for that profile to be one week after the conference concludes, so that no reservations may be added and billed to that profile after this date.
To check or remove the expiration date on a profile:
Open HWeb Agent
Press SHIFT + F9 to open the Profile Search window.
Enter the name of the profile in the empty field
Change the Search Key to NAME and select Find It.
Locatd and open the desired profile from the list.
On the first tab, labeled General, locate the field EXPR DATE
Remove the check mark next to the date field, or extend the date if desired.
Save changes and exit.
You should now be able to enter reservations again for the profile.
