Setting the WELCOMER Token
As you setup your web reservation site on the "New Skins" version of the HWeb Reservation Manager, one of the things you will want to do is have some brief overview of your company and the services provided. This article will present how to edit this information. On your web reservation welcome screen, this default "Service Information" appears in a block of text similar to this:
Your goal is to replace this text with information that better describes your company.
There are four items to be replaced here:

4) The Hudson Group delivers you…. > %COMPANY% strives to exceed your every expectation!
To revise the text displayed here:
- Login to your online web utility page
- From the main menu, locate and select the Token Customization link.
- From the drop-list of Tokens available, select WELCOMER_BODY
When you open the token you will see in the html field text similar to this (which is default text):
**NOTE: It is very important to replace TEXT only and not any of the html coding parameters, nearly all of which are contained with < brackets >.
1) Set the height of the shaded box that surrounds the text to "auto". If your site is not already set to automatically adjust the size of the shaded area, you should change the parameter so that it looks like this:
2) The next item to change is the Text Box Header (if desired): Service Information
Locate the text "Service Information" near the top of the box and replace it with your desired heading: e.g. About Our Company. Again, be very careful to insert the text between the > <, without deleting or overwriting them!

**NOTE: In the last two sections modified, there is a token %COMPANY% inserted. This will automatically insert your company name into the string of text. You may remove this from the sections above if you do not wish your company name to appear in the text you are entering. BUT, you may also use this token as part of any text that you decide to insert here as well. Any place you insert %COMPANY% will result in your company name being displayed. This method is the best to use because should you ever decide to modify your company name (as displayed on the web system), you will only have one master place to update the name. All other pages will automatically pull those changes and display them properly, thus saving you much time and effort trying to locate all of the places where the company name was being displayed. Example: If you change the company from ACME Limousines to ACME Executive Car Service, you would change this one time in the Custom Configuration section under Company Name. Any web page, report or other template you have where you have used %COMPANY%, the change will be automatically updated.
