Viewing archived records in Agent and Dispatcher
To view archive records in the HWeb Agent application, you must locate the menu bar at the top of your HWeb Agent application and select: View > Archive Records. Once in archive mode your search options will all be applied to the reservation records that have been moved to the Archive Table.
To view archive records in the HWeb Dispatcher, you must open a blank dispatcher (no open grids), then select View > Archive from the menu bar. Once in archive mode you can open any grid, the information displayed will be based on the archive records table in the database.
