General
Configuration
Departure times are rounded to the next earliest time. For example, if the departure pickup is 8:50 and the departure rounding is 15, the pickup time is rounded to 8:45.
The value is in minutes and valid values are from 0 to 30 or empty. If the value is 0 or empty rounding is not performed on the pickup times. Rounding is only performed on pickup times determine without using a time record.
Arrival times are rounded to the next latest time. For example, if the arrival pickup is 8:50 and the arrival rounding is 15, the pickup time is rounded to 9:00.

The Reservation cut off time is used to determine the earliest time for a pickup.
If the the reservation is being made before the configured cut off time
the the earliest possible pickup time is now plus the number of days
configured in Lead time for reservation made before cut off, otherwise it is now plus the number of days configured in Lead time for reservation made after cut off.
For example, assume that the Reservation cut off time is 5:00PM, the
Lead time for reservation made before cut off is 1 day and Lead time
for reservation made after cut off is 2 days.Therefore, up to Tuesday @ 5:00 pm reservations can be made for Wednesday
starting at 12:00 am. After 5:01 pm on Tuesday, reservations can be made for Thursday starting at 12:00 am.The default pickup time during the reservation process is set to 12 hours after the earliest possible pickup time which 12PM on the earliest possible day.

This value specifies the
maximum number of days in advance a reservation can be made. If the user
selects a date that exceeds this value, they will be notified that the
date is too far in the future.
These times specify the start
and end of off peak hours. If the pickup time is within this time period,
the reservation may be subject to an additional surcharge, require a credit
card or certain services may not be available. These options are configured
in Service configuration.
