When creating a Group Profile, you will note on the RULES tab a place to put a check mark next to WEB reservations ONLY.
Placing a check mark next to this field will restrict this group profile to reservations that are created and imported from the online web reservation system. Placing a check mark in this field will prohibit reservations agents in a local office environment from selecting this group profile when entering new reservations.
