GO Airport Shuttle Launches New Website

GO Airport Shuttle, The “Worlds Largest Airport Shuttle Company…which services more than 100 airports in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Scotland, England, France and Italy” celebrates St. Patricks day, March17th by announcing the launch of their new and improved website and Internet booking interface.

Constructed and designed entirely by The Hudson Group, of North Andover MA, the new site is easier to use and includes online shopping cart technology. This allows travelers to reserve several legs of a multi airport itinerary and then submit a single credit card payment during the check-out process.

According to The Hudson Group’s President and CEO Mark Ustik, “This new shopping cart functionality is a first for the transportation industry. Previously, travelers had to visit different reservation sites, and submit multiple payments; this new interface truly allows one-stop-shopping for the business and leisure traveler.”

Business travelers can store travel preferences in an online profile and then easily create multiple reservations in just a few minutes.  The new site will recognize that an executive is travelling, for example, from Dallas TX to Paris, France and will allow the traveler to book round trip shuttle service for both airports. If the itinerary calls for a visit to a third city, round trip shuttle service for that airport will be automatically suggested by the new web site as well.

Travelers booking on the new site can pay for their reservations with a credit card.  Reservations that are paid by credit cards that are declined or fail to authorize, are not finalized and never make it to the GO Group transportation provider; essentially all reservations are being prequalified.  This is a significant benefit to the transportation companies.

Once reservations are finalized on the new site, they are automatically and immediately distributed to the reservation and dispatching systems of the GO Group member companies.; each member receiving the reservation(s) for their local airport.  The site also automatically distributes email confirmation(s) to the traveler,  recapping the details of the itinerary, providing the opportunity to identify any errors or omissions.

The GO Airport Shuttle website, by The Hudson Group,  is an easier client interface that will generate more revenue for the members of the GO Airport Shuttle Group.
