Error Decoding License File
The “error decoding license file” most commonly occurs when a computer on your network has “locked” onto your license file. This can happen for a number of reasons, the most common is a network error. The most complete way to resolve the “lock” is to have all users shut off there PC and to reboot the server. This will ensure any “locked” files are “unlocked”.
(NOTE: This error should not occur for clients whose installation is hosted on the web.)
